I have downloaded my free ticket but I haven’t received it, what do I do?
Firstly check your junk/spam email folder, if it’s not there, try again making sure you enter your email address correctly. If it still doesn’t arrive, fear not, you can register on the day of the wedding exhibition for free entry as long as one of you pays for a ticket.
Is there parking near by?
All our venues have plenty of nearby FREE and accessible parking for all our guests.
Can I pay on the day?
Yes, extra guests can purchase tickets on the door on the day of the wedding exhibition. It’s one free Bride OR Groom ticket per couple, and is valid with a paying ticket upon entry. Tickets are £8 each on the door, but we also have early bird tickets available if you book in advance online.
Do I need to purchase tickets for my children?
Under 16’s accompanied by an adult can attend the event free of charge and do not need a ticket.
If I have a morning ticket can I stay into the afternoon?
Yes, don’t worry if you have a morning or an afternoon ticket; you’re welcome to stay as long as you wish.
Will there be anything to purchase at the exhibition?
Yes, many wedding suppliers will have various items available to purchase/book on the day.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes we do accept card payments via an iZettle at the registration desks. Ice Sheffield has a cash machine on site should you need one. Doncaster Racecourse is now a totally cashless venue so it is card only and The Centenary Pavilion at Leeds does NOT have a cash machine but does accept cash on the bar, so please plan ahead.
Is there wheelchair and pushchair access?
Yes, all our venues have wheelchair and pushchair access with lift facilities where the venue has more than one floor. The exhibitions can get a little busy at certain times, with 10am-11:30am and 12:30pm-1:30pm being the busiest.
What time does the wedding exhibition run until?
All our exhibitions take place on a Sunday, opening at 10am and closing at 4pm.
Does everyone get a free goody bag?
All guests over the age of 18 will receive one of our goodie bags, full of freebies and samples. Unfortunately, those under 18 cannot be given a goody bag due to the nature of certain items that are sometimes included.
What time will the catwalk show be?
We have two catwalk shows taking place throughout the day at 11:30am and 2pm.
Is there somewhere to sit at the catwalk?
Yes, there are 300 seats around the catwalk stage and space for standing. As it is a popular show, seats can fill fast. VIP ticket holders are guaranteed a seat at the front.
Is there somewhere to get a bite to eat and drink?
Yes all our venues have food and drink facilities and all are licensed to sell alcohol. Sheffield, Doncaster and Leeds all have bar areas with seating and all venues have cafe areas where hot and cold food and drinks can be purchased.
Do I need to print my ticket off for the wedding exhibition?
No, just show your ticket on your phone when arriving at the wedding exhibition.
Will you be taking photographs/filming at the show?
There will be photography/filming taking place at this event to be used in future marketing and promotional communications. By purchasing a ticket and visiting the exhibition, you are consenting to the possibility of being photographed/filmed and footage being used in future promotional material with regards to the exhibition. Please collect a sticker on entry if you do not wish to be photographed/filmed.
