Exhibition Itinerary
7:30am – 10:45am | Exhibitor Set-Up
The loading bay gates and doors will be open from 7:30am for exhibitor set-up - plenty of time to get your space set up before the public arrives.
10:45am | Stands Ready
All exhibitors must be fully set up to welcome visitors by 10:45am. Please ensure your stand is staffed and ready before this time.
11:00am | Exhibition Opens
Doors open to the public. Couples, families, and friends will begin arriving from this point.
11:50am & 1:50pm | Live Stage & Catwalk Shows
The live stage entertainment and catwalk shows will take place at 11:50am and 1:50pm, each running for approximately 35–40 minutes. These are a great opportunity to draw attention to your stand and chat to any passing couples who aren't watching the catwalk.
3:00pm | Exhibition Closes
The exhibition closes at 3:00pm. Exhibitors are not permitted to begin dismantling their stand before 3:00pm. Members of the public will be in the venue right up until close, and any accidents caused by early breakdown activity — such as a visitor tripping — will be the liability of the exhibitor. Please help us keep the venue safe for everyone.
Exhibitor Badges & Wi-Fi
Your exhibitor badges and Wi-Fi details will be waiting for you in an envelope on your table or space when you arrive. If you need additional badges, these are available from the I Do registration desk at the main entrance.
Parking
Free parking is available around the venue. We kindly ask exhibitors after unloading to park in the furthest available spaces in the car park, leaving the closer spaces free for visitors attending the exhibition. Disabled parking is located at the main entrance.

Collecting Leads & Couple Data
I Do Wedding Exhibitions will be registering couples on the day. Please be aware that this information is held by us and will not be distributed to exhibitors.
We strongly recommend collecting contact details yourself as you meet couples at your stand — a simple conversation starter can go a long way. To make this easy, we've created generic contact forms for you to download from the same page you downloaded this pack from.
If you'd like to reach our entire database directly, we offer a solus email service where your message is sent exclusively to our full list of registered couples. To find out more or to book, please call us on 01226 704682 or email info@ido-magazine.co.uk and a member of the team will be happy to discuss this with you.
Your Complimentary Ticket Code
This is one of the best tools in your exhibitor arsenal — so make sure you use it!
Each exhibitor receives their own unique discount code, which can be used up to 20 times by couples booking through our online store, giving them a free ticket each time (face value £8). That's up to 20 warm, pre-invited couples walking through the door already thinking about you — before the exhibition has even begun.
Couples who receive a personal invitation from a supplier they're already considering are far more likely to seek out that stand on the day. The more couples you personally invite, the more meaningful conversations you'll have — and the stronger your return.
Your unique code will be emailed to you two months before the exhibition, giving you plenty of time to get it out there.
How to make the most of your code
- Start reaching out to prospective couples early and let them know you can get them in for free. It's a brilliant icebreaker, a great way to get on their radar, and frankly — who doesn't love a freebie?
- When you share the code, include a short, warm note letting them know you're genuinely looking forward to seeing them. A little personalisation goes a long way. You might even mention that you'll have something waiting for them at your stand — a glass of bubbly or a small gift adds a lovely touch and makes them feel expected. Include your brochure or any promotional material to keep your brand front of mind in the run-up to the show.
A couple of days after sharing, drop them a quick message to make sure they've booked. Then as the show gets closer, a friendly reminder that you're looking forward to seeing them can really seal the deal. Exhibitors who use their codes consistently tell us they see a fantastic return — couples appreciate the personal touch, and the principle of reciprocation is a powerful thing.
And don't sleep on your social media! A simple post inviting followers to message you for the code is a quick, effective way to start conversations, grow your contact list, and get more couples excited about visiting your stand.
Exhibitor Competition — there's a prize up for grabs!
Here's your extra incentive to get those codes flying out of your inbox. We track how many couples book using each exhibitor's unique code, and the exhibitor with the highest count wins a quarter-page advertisement in the next issue of I Do Magazine — that's valuable, targeted exposure to thousands of engaged couples, completely free of charge.
The more you share, the better your chances. Get your code out on social, into your emails, and into the hands of every couple you've been speaking to. Start early, shout loudly, and you could walk away with a prize that keeps on giving long after the exhibition is over.
Promoting the Exhibition
Remember, this is your show too — and the more noise you make about it, the more couples will come through the door to find you. We'd love for every exhibitor to be shouting about it just as loudly as we are.
Here are some simple and effective ways to get the word out:
Online
We've created a set of branded banners for you to use on your website and social media pages, letting visitors know you'll be exhibiting. You'll find these available to download from your exhibitor login page.
Social media
Share the exhibition on your social channels and encourage your followers to attend — you could even offer your complimentary ticket codes as a giveaway or competition to boost engagement. Whenever you post about the show, please tag our pages and we'll reshare your content to help extend your reach.

Hand these out in your shop or include them with any orders you send out. If you need more copies, just let us know.
