Wedding Fayre Itinerary
9am – 10:45am | Exhibitor Set-Up
Please allow plenty of time to get your space set up before the public arrives.
10:45am | Stands Ready
All exhibitors must be fully set up to welcome visitors by 10:45am. Please ensure your stand is staffed and ready before this time.
11:00am | Wedding Fayre Opens
Doors open to the public. Couples, families, and friends will begin arriving from this point.
2pm | Wedding Fayre Closes
The wedding fayre closes at 2pm. Exhibitors are not permitted to begin dismantling their stand before 2pm. Members of the public will be in the venue right up until close, and any accidents caused by early breakdown activity — such as a visitor tripping — will be the liability of the exhibitor. Please help us keep the venue safe for everyone.
Wi-Fi
Your Wi-Fi details will be waiting for you on your table or space when you arrive.
Parking
Free parking is available around the venue. We kindly ask exhibitors after unloading to park in the furthest available spaces in the car park, leaving the closer spaces free for visitors attending the wedding fayre. Disabled parking is located at the main entrance.
Refreshments
To be confirmed at a later date.
Collecting Leads & Couple Data
I Do Wedding Exhibitions will be registering couples on the day. Please be aware that this information is held by us and will not be distributed to exhibitors.
We strongly recommend collecting contact details yourself as you meet couples at your stand — a simple conversation starter can go a long way. To make this easy, we've created generic contact forms for you to download from the same page you downloaded this pack from.
If you'd like to reach our entire database directly, we offer a solus email service where your message is sent exclusively to our full list of registered couples. To find out more or to book, please call us on 01226 704682 or email info@ido-magazine.co.uk and a member of the team will be happy to discuss this with you.
Promoting the Wedding Fayre
Remember, this is your wedding fayre too — and the more noise you make about it, the more couples will come through the door to find you. We'd love for every exhibitor to be shouting about it just as loudly as we are.
Here are some simple and effective ways to get the word out:
Online
We've created a set of branded banners for you to use on your website and social media pages, letting visitors know you'll be exhibiting. You'll find these available to download from your exhibitor login page.
Social media
Share the exhibition on your social channels and encourage your followers to attend. Whenever you post about the wedding fayre, please tag our pages and we'll reshare your content to help extend your reach.

Word of mouth
Never underestimate it. Tell your friends, family, and existing customers about the wedding fayre — a personal recommendation goes a long way.
Email
If you have a mailing list, use it. Let your contacts know when and where the wedding fayre is taking place.
Tables & Power
Tables with a cloth and power are provided free of charge on request. If power is required, please bring your own extension cable on the day. Please inform I Do via email at info@ido-magazine.co.uk if you require power and/or a table before the wedding fayre as this is not always an option on the day.
